Festool 14 Day Returns

You can return the registered, undamaged machine to your Festool dealer partner in its original packaging together with all the accessories included in the delivery within 14 days of purchase (Returns are at the customers expense).

On presentation of your original receipt, the dealer will then reimburse you with the purchase amount.

In justified cases where the machine has been subject to above-average wear, the Festool dealer partner is entitled to refuse a reimbursement until the case has been reviewed and approved by the Festool GmbH. If the machine is deemed to not be in a condition that allows it to be sold as a lightly used item, or any parts are missing then a refund will be refused and the return costs to the customer will be the customers responsibility.
